Be Happy, Drink Safely

The New Year celebrations are over and it seems all the fun is behind us. Today this seems to be especially true. Last month, I wrote about Champagne and wine gifts; this month I’m thinking about one of my Grandfather’s favorite sayings: “Everything in moderation.”
