Holiday parties are always a treat, but a holiday party spent mingling with ABC’s Dancing with the Stars professional dancers is a night to remember.

I admit that I love the Jersey-based reality shows. So when the opportunity came to celebrate the 24th birthday of Tracy DiMarco of the Style Network’s Jerseylicious, my coworker and I were more than excited to go.

Just when you thought it was safe to turn on your TV, along comes another New Jersey-based reality show. The Style Network’s new “Glam Fairy” has all the déclassé elements that have come to define reality TV, and for many, New Jersey.

I’m going to talk about wine in a minute, but before I do, I need to come clean: until last week, I had no idea who Jon and Kate were—you know, the stars of the reality television show Jon & Kate Plus 8. I suppose I’m in the minority on this one.
