Abril Cocina Now Open In Maplewood

Abril Cocina, a modern Mexican fusion restaurant, has opened at 175 Maplewood Avenue, Maplewood, under the direction of executive chef/owner Mario Valadez and chef de cuisine Johangel Rosario, who are both graduates of the Institute of Culinary Education.
