From Thursday, July 23 through Saturday, July 25, the Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival will be held at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City. It will feature food, beer and wine tastings, exhibitors, live cooking demonstrations, workshops, and presentations.
Events include:
A Grand Market will be held in the Grand Ballrooms and events spaces of the Claridge Hotel on Friday (7 PM to 10 PM), Saturday (11 AM to 2 PM, 3 PM to 6 PM and 7 PM to 10 PM).
Seminars and classes, plus sparkling wines, pinot noir, whiskey from around the world, cocktails and much more. These events will require a Grand Market ticket in addition to the seminar ticket.
A demonstration by chef Nicholas Elmi, winner of the 2014 season of Bravo’s Top Chef will be held on Saturday at 3:30 PM.
