Landmark Hospitality, whose New Jersey restaurants include Ryland Inn, Stone House at Stirling Ridge and Liberty House, will be opening their newest event space, the Boathouse at Mercer Lake, West Windsor this June. Crave Caterers, the off-premise catering division of Landmark Hospitality, will be the exclusive caterers for this venue, which is currently undergoing a $4.9 million renovation that includes revamped kitchen space and plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the lake in Mercer County Park.
