Her letter continues:
"On a positive note, I will be catering once again! And, frankly, that is what I love to do.
"You can call me anytime to cater any event, from an intimate dinner party to cocktail parties, luncheons to weddings.
"While I enjoyed providing a fine dining experience, my heart and soul is in catering—and I do hope if you like my food and my service standards, you will consider using Picnic for your next event.
"You are all the reason that Picnic was such a fun, unique restaurant. I appreciate how many of you became regulars from the beginning, and it has been a pleasure getting to know you all.
"And don’t forget, my book, The Preppy Cookbook will hit shelves nationwide (and, of course, as an ebook as well) in early September!
"Happy 2013. Much health, happiness and success to you all."
