Chef Todd Villani Presents Supper Club at Terre à Terre

Members will have access to themed dinners, guest speakers tours, trips and more.

Chef Todd Villani at Terre à Terre, 312 Hackensack Street, Carlstadt, has started a supper club. Members will have access to themed dinners, guest speakers, hand-picked special offers, tours and trips to farm partners, and special ingredients and foods from around the region not generally available to the public because of limited quantities or specialization. The next Supper Club dinner, A Meal You Can’t Refuse–Italian Godfather Dinner, will be held on July 15 at 7 PM. It will include a five-course dinner for $69, plus tax and gratuity. The following dinners have also been planned: July 29, Gluten-Free Feast for $69, plus tax & gratuity; August 19, From the Seaside for $69, plus tax & gratuity; and September 16, Duck Duck Goose dinner paired with Unionville Vineyard wines for $89, plus tax & gratuity.

ESCAPE MONTCLAIR ANNOUNCES JERSEY CORN AND TOMATO DINNERS
Chef/owner Bryan Gregg, of Escape, 345 Bloomfield Avenue Montclair, will be hosting the following Jersey corn and tomato-inspired dinners:

Friday July 17: Corn Celebration Dinner with corn soup, lobster, borage, tomato oil; corn and foie gras hush puppies; scallops, creamless creamed corn, picked chanterelles; culotte of beef, corn jam, black corn, collards; and corn brulée, candy corn, almonds.

Friday August 14: Tomato Celebration Dinner, featuring gazpacho, crab, pepper bubbles; tomatoes in textures; striped bass, smoked tomatoes, squash blossoms, clam juice; lamb, tomato, lavender, cranberry beans, black garlic and goat cheese torte, shaved tomato ice, almond crunch.
