Paul Hobb Wine Dinner and Tasting

The event will be held at Stage Left in New Brunswick on January 12.

On Thursday, January 28, a Paul Hobbs Wine Dinner and Tasting will be held at Stage Left, 5 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick. The following menu will be served:

ART OF LOCAL CUISINE DINNER
A six-course Art of Local Cuisine dinner will be held at Terre a Terre, 312 Hackensack Street, Carlstadt (201-507-0500), with chef/owner Todd Villani joined by chef David Viana, previously from the Kitchen at Grove Station, Jersey City. $92 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 13
COLLABORATE DINNER AT ESCAPE, MONTCLAIR
Australian-born chef Ehren Ryan of Common Lot (coming soon to Millburn) and Bryan Gregg of Escape, 345 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, will collaborate on a five-course dinner at Escape. 7 PM; $59, plus tax and gratuity; BYO. Tickets available at this site.

TIUESDAY, JANUARY 19
DINING FOR LIFE: A FUNDRAISER & TASTING
Top Chef Kevin Sbraga of Sbraga Dining restaurant group has gathered some of the most prominent culinary talent in the Delaware Valley for Dining For Life: A Fundraiser & Tasting. The evening will include food and drinks, dedicated to raising funds for the Martinez family of Southampton, New Jersey. Other participating chefs are Greg Vernick, Brad Spence, Josh Lawler and Jersey chefs Tony Sparacio of La Campagnola and Riviera and Ivan Coppola of Tarantella. The Martinez family was hit by tragedy after their two-year-old son and eighteen-year-old daughter were killed and three other victims critically wounded in a pedestrian crash on August 18th. $92 excluding tax and gratuity.

VIP tickets are $150 each and include 6 PM admission and a meet and greet with the all-star lineup of chefs. General admission tickets are $75 each. Both are available for purchase on Eventbrite. Additional donations can be made at a GoFundMe page for the Martinez family.

SNOWFLAKE DINNER
Terre a Terre, 312 Hackensack Street, Carlstadt (201-507-0500), will host a six-course “Snowflake Dinner.” The meal, two comfort food dishes per guest, will be prepared by chef/owner Todd Villani joined by chef Denis Weekes of Hornblower cruises and Jeremie Tomzcak of King Bee in Manhattan. $92, excluding tax and gratuity.

FOUNDERS BREWERY CRAFT BEER DINNER
A Founders Brewery Craft Beer dinner will be held at Stone House at Stirling Ridge, 50 Stirling Road, Warren, 7 PM; $65. Reservations: 908-754-1222.
