AN EVENING WITH PAT LAFRIEDA
Butchery, demo, dinner and a book signing will be featured at Heirloom Kitchen, 3853 Rt 516, Old Bridge with Pat LaFrieda, a meat purveyor located in North Bergen, who is known for quality meat sold to restaurants around the country. LaFrieda will discuss animal butchery, processing, where their beef is sourced and their dry-aging rooms.
