Tickets are on sale for Frost Bites that will be held on January 28, at the Women’s Club, 200 Cooper Avenue, Montclair. A VIP meet and greet with NJ native and Food Network star chef Amanda Freitag will be part of the event and attendees will take home a copy of her new book, The Chef Next Door. The evening will also feature small-bite fare from top chefs including Ani Ramen, Applegate Farms, Ariane Kitchen & Bar, Blue Jay Syrup, Burg, Costanera, Dolce Federica, Escape, Fitzgerald’s, Java Love, Mish Mish, Miss Nicky’s, Pig and Prince, The Orange Squirrel, Villalobos and Vital Dining; wine from Amanti Vino; Bubbles from Taittinger and music from Julie’s Party.
VIP tickets gets you early entry at 6:15 PM; $135. Sip, savor and enjoy time mingling with chef Amanda Freitag before the crowd arrives. All VIP guests will receive a copy of her new book, The Chef Next Door: A Pro Chef’s Recipes for Fun, Fearless Home Cooking. General admission 7:30 PM, $75; with copy of chef Freitag’s book, $95.
