May 17: At “Authors & Inns,” winner of last year’s Governor’s Tourism Award, you can tour eleven historic Spring Lake inns while learning culinary secrets from celebrity cookbook authors, including Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito of Baked NYC and Microwave Gourmet author Barbara Kafka.
