Art on the Sleeve

Oct. 24–Nov 14: Artists’ creations come off of pedestals and onto heads, around necks, and into lapels in the Mikhail Zakin Gallery’s “Wearable Art” exhibition, which features elegant and offbeat clothing, jewelry, and accessories handmade from materials such as flame-worked glass beads, recycled silver, polymer clay, alternative metals, organza, and felted merino wool.

All works, such as this pin by Andi Velgos formed of copper and stainless-steel wire and coated with pigmented resin (left), are for sale.

Call for weekend hours. Free entry.
