Oct. 24–25: For the first time since 2002, Robin Williams hits the road on a comedy tour, bringing his riffs on social and political absurdities to the stage in “Weapons of Self-Destruction.”
“It’s an election year, which is basically Christmas for stand-up comics,” he says. “A lot has happened in the world and in my life since I last did this and there’s no better thrill and no better therapy than getting on that high-wire in front of a live audience.”
