Dec 4: The Chocolate World Expo returns to the Meadowlands Expo Center just in time for holiday shopping. Attendees will get to taste and purchase gourmet chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, gelato, cheeses, wines and much more. Cake boss Buddy Valastro will be on hand between 2 and 4 pm to sign copies of his latest book, Baking with the Cake Boss. Returning favorites include Auntie El’s, Dove Discoveries and 5th Avenue Chocolatiere. 11 am; $10-$15. 355 Plaza Dr, Secaucus (ChocolateWorldExpo.com).
