July 19: Slow Food Northern New Jersey, a nonprofit that encourages the consumption of locally grown comestibles, and Sustenance, a green-event planning business, host the first in a series of Sustenance on the Farm dinners this summer.
The event includes a tour and an elegant field-to-table five-course dinner at Griggstown Quail Farm.
