Treasures From The Shore

June 13–14: The inaugural Jersey Shore Fine Arts Festival features quality work from 200 established artists nationwide. At the festival, browse original paintings and sculptures, jewelry, photography, furniture, and clothing. Attendees also can meet the artists, including David Gordon (whose work is depicted top right), Paula Egolf (above), and Point Pleasant native Beth Carver, known for colorful scenes of seaside fun, such as Kiss By the Dunes (right). Sat, 10 am–6 pm; Sun, 10 am–5 pm; free admission and parking. Ethel Jacobson Field, Barnegat and 5th St, Ship Bottom (609-494-7211; jerseyshoreartfest.com).
