Roosevelt "Rosey" Grier

From 1955 to 1967, a NFL quarterback’s worst nightmare was big number 76 coming at him. Named after F.D.R., the defensive tackle out of Roselle High School subdued Robert Kennedy’s assassin, Sirhan Sirhan, by grabbing the gun, jamming his finger behind the trigger, and breaking Sirhan’s arm.
