Rodney Jerkins (Pleasantville), Best R&B songwriter, for “Cater 2 U,” performed by Destiny’s Child

Mario (Teaneck), Best Male R&B Vocal Performance, for “Let Me Love You”; Best Contemporary R&B Album, for Turning Point

Les Paul (Mahwah), Best Pop Instrumental Performance, for “Caravan”; Best Rock Instrumental Performance, for “69 Freedom Special”

Wayne Shorter (Newark) Quartet, Best Jazz Instrumental Album, for Beyond the Sound Barrier

Bruce Springsteen (Rumson), Song of the Year, Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance, Best Rock Song, Best Contemporary Folk Album, and Best Long Form Music Video, for "Devils & Dust"
