Shop and Stay in Red Bank

An overnight package offered by two Red Bank hotels combines food, shopping, and sightseeing into an inviting weekend getaway.

Oyster Point Hotel

Tap into your inner savvy shopper—without tapping out your wallet—with the Escape to Red Bank overnight package offered this spring by the Molly Pitcher Inn and the Oyster Point Hotel. The $258 deal, which runs until May 17, includes an overnight stay for two in any room (excluding suites) and a $100 gift card to 118 participating restaurants and stores in downtown Red Bank. (The deal is subject to availability.)

The Molly Pitcher Inn is a Victorian classic with old-world elegance and glittering chandeliers; its modern sister, the Oyster Point Hotel, is sleek and minimalist with terrific views of the Navesink River from every room. Both offer waterfront dining on the Navesink; the more formal Molly Pitcher requires men to wear jackets in the dining room on weekends after 5 pm.

The partnered shops range from upscale eco-friendly jewelry store Alex and Ani and high-end clothing and shoe boutique Coco Pari to trendy Urban Outfitters and comics shop Jay & Silent Bob’s Secret Stash (subject of the AMC reality show Comic Book Men). For souls in need of a more zen getaway, the gift card is welcome at Woodhouse Day Spa and Duxiana, supplier of the fluffy DUX beds featured in Oyster Point suites. Red Bank dining options include the highly regarded restaurants Dish and Via 45.
