"The day after Thanksgiving inevitably means tons of leftover turkey," says chef Jason Hensle, executive chef of Salt Creek Grill (Middlesex), "but if a week of plain old turkey sandwiches seem less than exciting try these sliders--heaven on a bun!"

Ingredients:
· 3, 3oz. pieces of turkey
· 3, 1 oz balls of stuffing (use a melon baller or teaspoon to shape the stuffing)
· 3 dollops of cranberry sauce
· 3 mini hamburger or other small rolls
Directions:
· On the bottom of each roll, place 1 of the heated molds of stuffing
· Layer heated turkey then the dollop of cranberry sauce.
· Place top on bun and enjoy!
