Stephen Starr (Based in Philadelphia, where he has numerous establishments, Starr also owns restaurants in New York City and Florida and Continental and Buddakan in Atlantic City)
BEST CHEF: MID-ATLANTIC
Andrew Araneo, Drew's Bayshore Bistro, Keyport
Michael Krikorian, Copper Canyon, Atlantic Highlands (a first-time nominee)
Maricel Presilla, Cucharamama, Hoboken (Presilla also owns Zafra restaurant and Ultramarinos, a specilaty Latin American food and cooking store, both in Hoboken.)
