At the same Montclair carnival as yesterday's Plain Sight picture.
I'm not claiming it is technically a Tilt-a-Whirl. All I'm saying is that it tilts and it whirls, and that's good enough for me, because I'd rather stand on solid ground looking at it than ride it.
