The view from inside a storage closet at the Pierro Gallery in South Orange. What was I doing in a storage closet at the Pierro Gallery in South Orange? You'll have to click to find out.

I was stowing my boxes and cardboard in here after unpacking the 31 photographs that will be my part of a 4-photographer show opening at the Pierro this Sunday, January 25.

The reception begins with a gallery talk at 2 pm.

Marianne Fourie, Ron Brown and Stuart Tyson will have interesting things to say about their work. I will share my technique for taking pictures while driving in heavy traffic, text messaging, sipping hot coffee, eating an egg salad sandwich and handing the State Trooper my license and registration.

The reception then continues until 5 pm.

The show continues through March 1.
