"First I Look At The Purse"

Most of you are too young to remember this song by the J. Geils Band, but it was a hit when I was in college in Boston, which is where the band is from. I hadn't thought of the song or the band until just now, when I sat down to post today's Plain Sight picture...

This purse with the dollar bills sticking out of it happens to belong to my wife, so it's perfectly okay for me to look at it, especially since I had already paid the bill. We were at a very good hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant in Middletown, Connecticut, celebrating our son's graduation from Wesleyan.

The purse was sitting on the counter by the front window, as were we. I looked at it and thought, That's a photograph.
