If you're an heirloom Bourbon turkey, this is where you live, if you're lucky enough to live on the Griggstown Quail Farm near Princeton. Yes, behind this door, strut and peck some of the most delicious birds around.

I recently attended a fundraising dinner for the Slow Food movement, held at the Griggstown Quail Farm. Plain Sight will have more on this dinner next week, and look for a report on the Slow Food movement in New Jersey in the September issue of NJM.
