Shocker! Meat Comes From Animals
Do you like this story?
This picture is not for the faint of heart...
But it is the reality, and one we should understand. It represents the IN Box at every meat processing plant--this one being Salumificio Vitali in the Appenine Mountains south of Bologna and Modena, Italy.
Vitali fills the OUT Box with prosciutto, sausage, salami, coppa di testa and many other fresh and cured products that feed masses of hungry people, and have throughout time. Little is wasted. That lack of waste is what we owe animals, in addition to a healthy, happily animal life and a swift, humane death.
