Meet Giorgio Calzolari and his wife (He calls her, "My Queen") Graziella Varotto. The Jersey connection? Graziella's son, Luca Valerin, is chef/co-owner of Osteria Giotto in Montclair. Luca and his mom were one of seven stories we did--in our current issue on Italian food in Jersey--about Italian chefs whose love of food and cooking was inspired by their mothers or nonnas (grandmothers).
