I was in the men’s room when I noticed the plastic hangar on the stall. I loved the monochrome minimalism of it, but my big camera was at home and there wasn’t much light in the room.
What to do?
What the heck. I pulled out the iPhone and took the picture. It came out flat and overly beige, but sharper than I expected.
I ran the picture through Photoshop to correct the color, remove digital noise (speckling), restore contrast, and sharpen slightly.
I wasn’t sure the end result would be useable, but lo and behold it was.
