No Tick, No Tock

At the center of town, the clock above a bank is beautiful. So what if it doesn't work...


 


 


 


 

Personally, I’m always surprised when big public analog clocks do tell the correct time. They seem to belong to a bygone era.

Like many people, I rely on my cell phone for the correct time. I haven’t worn a watch in six years at least. The cell phone gets its time signal from satellite, so it is always correct and never needs resetting between Daylight and Standard time.

But steeple clocks and the like need humans to set them, and you know how it is with humans.
