The Newest in Nail Art: Wear Your Pet’s Face on Your Fingertips!

As New Jersey Monthly’s style editor, I see lots of interesting new beauty products. This one really got my attention because INNI Nails takes nail art to a new level by creating completely customizable nail wraps …

INNI Nail Wraps Are Completely Customizable
INNI Nail Wraps are completely customizable in any color or design.

Now you can accessorize your hands with nail wraps in any imaginable design. Go ahead. Cover your fingertips with images of anything from flowers to donuts to your own dog’s or cat’s photo. The word on the street is that customizable INNI nail wraps are a cool way to achieve a flawless-looking salon quality manicure for less than $10 in as little as five minutes.

INNI nail stickers are kind of like gel polish. The manufacturer says an INNI manicure can look perfect up to 14 days and won’t peel or chip even in water or hot temperatures. The stickers are created from extremely durable, chemical-free and flexible vinyl, so the wraps can be stretched to cover the entire nail surface, peeled off to reposition, and then lightly filed for a perfect fit.

Each INNI nail sticker set comes with 30 stickers with 13 different sizes, so anyone can find stickers to fit all 10 nails. Customers also get a compact nail file, application instructions and a sizing chart. Custom sets retail for $9.90 and shipping is free worldwide.

Brand new to America, INNI Nail Studio uses advanced graphic technology that lets beauty lovers design their own nail stickers or select from thousands of designs that other INNI users have already created and shared. High-fashion designs, gradient colors, team logos and even photos pets are part of their online nail wrap gallery.

The founding team launched INNI in May 2014, leveraging sophisticated fashion technology from Finland and Singapore. One of the founders tried doing her nails more than 1,000 times and could never get it right, so she researched and developed the concept for customizable nail art. Then her husband got excited about the idea and brought his 15 years of online graphic design to the team. In fact, the INNI website and app are based on his award-winning SumoPaint application. The third founding partner is an entrepreneur who runs her own graphic design company.

I think I need to try INNI nail wraps for myself! If you join the nail sticker movement, please let me know what you think.
