Daniel Castano is a co-chef at City Vino, 35 Hudson St, Jersey City (201-333-5520).

Jayson Grossberg, formerly of Alphabet Soup, Audubon, is the chef at 707, Philadelphia. Alphabet Soup will be used for private parties.
