Dennis Ajay is the executive chef at Cafe Amici, 4 Sycamore Ave, Ho-Ho-Kus (201-389-6377); BYO.

Scott Anderson is the chef at Elements, 163 Bayard Lane, Princeton (609-924-0078).

Christine Busch is the executive chef/owner of the Lawrenceville Inn, 2691 Main St, Lawrenceville (609-219-1900); BYO.

Bryan M. Gregg is no longer the chef at the Embankment, 234 10th St, Jersey City (201-222-6115).

Joe Sparatta is the sous chef at Elements, 163 Bayard Lane, Princeton (609-924-0078).

Wally Villanueva is the new chef at the Embankment, 234 10th St, Jersey City (201-222-6115).

As a new resident of Jersey City, I was excited to visit The Embankment and was blown away with the duck ravioli and the pear square. There’s no doubt the new chef is on the move!!!
