CHEFS ON THE MOVE

John Brandsema is the executive chef at the newly relocated Whole Foods, 2245 Springfield Ave, Union (908-688-1455). He attended Hudson County Community College in Jersey City and most recently worked at Restaurant Plan B in Asbury Park.

 
Michele Di Pietro is the associate culinary concepts coordinator for Whole Foods Market Northeast and is responsible for the concept of the Osteria at the newly relocated Whole Foods, 2245 Springfield Ave, Union (908-688-1455). She came up with the recipes, chose the serving pieces, worked on the design, and is overseeing the restaurant. She is a graduate of the Restaurant School in Philadelphia and has worked for Whole Foods for ten years.

 
Keith Roybal is the executive chef at Porterhouse Grill, 3679 Rt 9 N, Old Bridge (732-591-8290).

 

Todd Villani is the chef at LITM Restaurant, 140 Newark Ave, Jersey City (201-536-5557).
