Feast Catering Inc, Westfield, NJ
I am not sure you if you have ever come across this timeless cafe' it is located in the center of Westfield and has the best salad bar I have seen, everything is so fresh and the cafe' is as clean as can be.. I found the cafe' by accident, they had catered an affair in Cranford last year for the Historic Society for 300 + people and they were so unigue with such attention to detail it was a great evening I am now going to use them for my Daughters sweet 16 for 125 people, please go down and see them they are worth the trip.. Ask for the owner Stephen, he will tell you all about his resturant !!!
Let me know what you think, I usually agree with most of your picks.
So worth the trip !!!!!

The Spotted Rooster, Ramsey NJ
I came across the gem of a restaurant during a lunch break. The food is outrageous, a fine mix of traditional recipes and new flavors. The house salad is one of the best things I have ever tasted and it wasn’t even a special! A great selection of panini’s, soups and everything is made fresh! There are incredible eggplant croutons that are a great addition to the soup I tried, made from scratch split pea. The ambience itself is a little small but has a lot of charm. Definitely priced right and a perfect for a healthy choice on a lunch hour.

B.G. Fields
I know B.G. Fields in Westfield closed some time ago. Now I see the restaurant building has been demolished. Any idea what is going up on the site?
