Bobby Flay has opened Bobby’s Burger Palace, 180 Rt 35 S, Monmouth Mall, Eatontown (732-544-0200). There are ten signature burgers offered for $6.50 to $7.50, including: the Palace Classic, with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion; the Dallas, spice crusted with coleslaw, Monterey Jack, BBQ sauce, and pickles; the Santa Fe, with queso sauce, pickled jalapeños, and blue corn chips; and the Miami, with ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise. The burgers are made with certified Angus beef and served on a sesame seed bun but can also be prepared with ground turkey or chicken breast or served topless, where the burger and toppings are simply stacked on a bed of greens without the bun.
