CHEF LORYN’S CAFE & CATERING, MADISON

Loryn Dagon, who was previously executive chef at Gary’s Wine & Marketplace (Madison and Bernardsville), is the chef/owner of Chef Loryn’s Cafe and Catering, 250 Main Street, Madison. Whether you want breakfast, lunch, or dinner to go, there’s something to please everyone. In the morning, try the breakfast burritos or yogurt with homemade granola. For lunch, opt for an oven-roasted flank steak sandwich with grilled onions, romaine lettuce, and horseradish cream on a pumpernickel onion roll; grilled chicken breast with chipotle mayonnaise, guacamole, and fresh salsa in a wrap; or sesame-seared ahi tuna over greens with edamame, seaweed salad, and Asian ginger dressing. Dinners to go include pastas, potpies, crab cakes, and meat loaf. Loryn’s is open from 7 AM to 7 PM Mondays through Fridays and from 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays; closed Sundays.
