Rosie has the latest information on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Loryn Dagon, previously executive chef at Gary’s Wine & Marketplace (Madison and Bernardsville) is the chef/owner of Chef Loryn’s Café and Catering, 250 Main St, Madison (973-520-8703). The café is open Mondays through Fridays from 7 AM to 7 PM and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM; closed Sundays.

Joe Macri is the chef at Hennessy Tavern, 191 Paris Ave, Northvale (201-768-7707).

Richard Varga is the executive chef at Larison’s Steak House, 2 W Main St, Chester (908-879-6007).
