Does Morristown NEED another Italian Pizzeria?

Seen this a.m. in the space formerly inhabited by ORA. A sign reading, Coming Soon: The Brick Oven of Morristown.

Right... more Italian food.. with another Pizzeria right across South Street.

Maybe it's what the market wants?

Remember, the last pizzeria in that space failed and the economy was stronger then.
