After successfully opening the Witherspoon Grill in Princeton, NJ, 2 and 1/2 years aga. Executive Chef Brian Karluk, has left to open his own restaurant. He is proudly bringing a classic America steakhouse to downtown New Brunswick, NJ. Located on Church St, Steakhouse 85 hopes to fill the missing link of New Brunswick's already great culinary scene. Featuring only American Midwest, corn fed, black angus, prime beef, the new steakhouse should fulfill the cravings of Hub City's red meat eaters!!
