Menu choices may include: lump crabmeat strudel; lobster bisque with Armagnac; frisée salad with blue cheese, julienned apples, honey-glazed hazelnuts, and apple cider vinaigrette; and escalope of veal citron with caramelized grapefruit, white Burgundy reduction, vegetable of the day, and garlic-whipped potatoes.
