Finally...

Woww.. Tokio Naito. Haven't seen him in very long time. Since he left Benihana, I lost contact with him. Good thing I found him here. I dont know where else to eat sushi with real Japanese chef. There's so many sushi place but most of them are Chinese or Korean chef or even Spanish (no shame). Tokio is the best chef ever. Just sit down at sushi bar and tell Tokio what kind of fish do you like, and he'll make something spectaculer. He'll drive you crazy. He's amazing. He's been working for Benihana for more then 15 years. Me, my husband and my kids always went to Benihana when he was working there. But not anymore because he left Benihana 2 years ago. Well, at least now I know where to get good sushi. I'll go to Ten East. Good luck with your career, Tokio! Cant wait to see you. We miss your sushi so much.

Tokio

Dona and I have almost stopped going out for sushi - we make it at home every other month or so depending on what looks good at the market or we catch. All the sushi here and even Benihanna's is the same stuff (Suisi 101 class). No specials, no surprizes. Lots of places offer sushi but not a single one does it right.

It will be great when Tokio opens his new place. We're in Cape May most of the time now but when in town we'll stop in.

Welcome back Tokio and we wish you the best of luck with your new place! See you there.

Ten East Restaurant

Tokio, haven't heard from him in very long time. Since I left New Jersey, I lost contact with him. I miss his expert handiwork with this type of food and the constant surprizes he would create for me. Here in Florida i dont know where to eat sushi with a real Japanese chef. There's so many sushi place but most of them are not trained properly. Tokio is the best chef ever. Well, at least now I know where to get good sush upon my returns to NJ. I'll go to Ten East. Good luck with this endeavor Tokio, i know you will be a success judging from your past performance in this field.

Welcome back Tokio. We followed you for many years and now that you're back in business, we'll come to Bayonne too.
A super sushi chef, a guy who REALLY knows the difference between fish and FISH, and who can make anything you like different than anywhere you've ever had it.
C YA SOON!!!!!!
