SUSHI WORKSHOP
On June 28, learn the fundamentals at a Sushi Workshop taught by David P. Martone, CCP, at Classic Thyme Cooking School, 710 South Ave West, Westfield. In this participation class, you’ll make miso soup, Japanese ginger salad dressing, miso dressing, gyoza with ponzu sauce, and California, tuna, spicy tuna, and inside-out rolls. 7 to 10 PM; $65.
