Scott Bergman is the executive chef at Braddock’s Tavern, 39 S Main St, Medford (609-654-1604).

Jean Francois Lassance is the executive chef at Bellagio Ristorante, Westin Mount Laurel, 555 Fellowship Rd, Mount Laurel (856-778-7300).

THEY'RE BACK!
Husband and wife team Marc Bruzzio and Adele Flores, previous owners of Mama Tucci, Livingston, which closed in April, are the new co-owners of Bona Vita Osteria, 37 Maple St, Summit (908-277-1414); BYO. Marc is manning the stoves as executive chef while Adele, a pastry chef, is creating the desserts.

By the way, if you've been unable to get through to Su, the intriguing vegetarian Chinese restaurant mentioned in FOOD NEWS on June 25, the reason is the phone number given was incorrect.
