NOVA TERRA, NEW BRUNSWICK, IS CLOSING
Fans of Nova Terra, 78 Albany Street, New Brunswick (732-296-1600), have a few weeks, plus or minus, to dine at the restaurant, which is known for its creative Pan Latin cuisine. It has been sold and will be reborn as Due Mari.

RESTAURANT NICHOLAS, MIDDLETOWN
The summer menu is being served at Restaurant Nicholas, 160 Route 35 South, Middletown. Items on the new small-plates bar menu include tempura-crusted squash blossoms; foie gras terrine with apricot purée, red pepper marmalade, and brioche toast; and wild king salmon. There are three dinner menu options: a three-course menu ($59), a tasting menu ($79, $124 with wine), and a four-course garden menu ($59). DINING DEALS
