Carlo Carbonaro is the chef/co-owner of Bottagra, 80 Wagaraw Rd, Hawthorne (973-423-4433).

Rich Diemer is the executive chef at Antoinetta’s, 523 Cedar Run Dock Rd, Eagleswood Township (609-978-9785); BYO.

Thomas Drake is no longer at Christopher’s, New Brunswick. He will be teaching at the French Culinary Institute, New York City, and plans to open his own restaurant.

Sal Scognamillo is the executive chef/co-owner of Patsy’s Italian Restaurant, Atlantic City Hilton, Boston Ave & the Boardwalk, Atlantic City (609-340-7585).
