Jason Hanin is the executive chef at Chelsea Prime and Teplitzky’s, both located at the Chelsea Hotel, 111 S Chelsea Ave, Atlantic City (800-548-3030).

 

Tony Inn is the chef at Sushi Lounge, 235 Rt 46 W, Totowa (973-890-0007).
 

Nelson Martinez is the executive chef at Chakra, W 144 Rt 4 E, Paramus (201-556-1530).

 

Aaron McCargo Jr., of Camden, executive catering chef for Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, was the winner on the recent season of The Next Food Network Star. His six-episode series, Big Daddy’s House, will air on Sunday nights on the Food Network starting August 3.

 

Gregory Webb is the corporate executive chef at all South City Grill locations (Jersey City, Mountain Lakes, Rochelle Park) as well as at South City Prime, 1 Newark Pompton Tpk, Little Falls (973-785-4225).
