CHEFS ON THE MOVE
January 2009

Jean Giunta, previously chef/owner of Andiamo Restaurant in Lambertville, has joined Za Restaurant, 147 W Delaware Ave, Pennington (609-737-4400), as chef de cuisine.

Kenneth Trickilo, formerly of Napa Valley Grille in Paramus, is the executive chef at the Fire & Oak restaurants in Little Falls, Montvale, and Jersey City.
