Eduardo Bover is no longer the chef at Tambores Cuban Restaurant, 458 Broadway, Bayonne (201-858-0202); BYO. Owners are Alba Amaya and Felix Lopez.
Anthony Graziano is the executive chef at Graziano’s of Puglia, 538 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights (908-464-9500); BYO.
Edward Joyce is the chef/owner of Matta Donna Restaurant, 304 Myrtle Ave, Boonton (973-334-7138).
Angelo LiVecchi is the chef at Little Cuba, 65 B South Orange Ave, South Orange (973-763-4400). The restaurant does not have a liquor license and will not allow BYO.
Craig Shelton can be found at Skylark Diner, 17 Wooding Ave, Edison (732-777-7878).
Raul Zeledon is the chef at Mangia, 117 N Gaston Ave, Somerville (908-218-9300); BYO.
