David Kiser is the executive chef at the Restaurant at Hotel Tides, 408 7th Ave, Asbury Park (732-897-7744).

Todd Villani, who was previously at LITM in Jersey City, is executive chef at Zin, 1150 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus (201-330-3341).
