CHEFS ON THE MOVE
November 2009

Anthony Bucco, formerly at Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi, New Brunswick, is the executive chef at Uproot, 9 Mount Bethel Rd, Warren (908-834-8194).

Anthony Disabato is the chef at Mom’s Kitchen, 505 Haddon Ave, Collingswood (856-858-6667); BYO.

Juan Carlos Fernandez is the executive chef at Daryl Wine Bar and Restaurant, 302 George St, New Brunswick (732-253-7780). He was previously chef de cuisine at the restaurant.

Paul Joseph is the executive chef at the Porterhouse Grill, 595 Broadway, Norwood (201-784-6900).
